My sign came back pretty soon after I did my edits to it. The only thing that had be worried was the packaging. I don’t think it was the owners fault but when it arrived my sign was slightly bent like the usps had put something heavy on it even though it had a fragile sticker on the box but it was a small sticker. Thankfully we were able to bend it back without breaking it. The installation was simply and it came out beautifully 🤍

I love being able to design this acrylic sign myself. It was fairly easy, however at some point, the top line got tweaked and I didn't notice it. It was centered when I placed it, but due to the lag, I must not have noticed that I clicked on it and it shifted a smidge. I did draw an exclamation point after LOTTERY to even out the spacing a bit. Not much options for graphics to choose from, but the design process was pretty easy aside from the lag in the software utilized to design. Love the delivered product, very nice and easy to install. Would definitely order again, but I'll better check the finished product to make sure nothing shifted next time.
PS. My photo shows our old printed sign versus the new classier sign to go with the new paint job.

The plexiglass sign is exactly as per description. Instructions for ordering are very clear. I’m very pleased with my purchase- the only negative thing that I encountered was a micro- crack on a corner, the packaging was awesome and damage so it make think that they did not noticed the crack. I really liked the products and shipping, but communicating with the company sucked especially when you’re a complete novice and unfamiliar with creative program. They respond to your emails, but when you’re a novice, you don’t know what questions to ask or how to describe your ideas and problems in emails that take hours to respond. They need to have a telephone number with a dedicated person to help with that. I had no idea how to use their software and it was not user friendly. It was so frustrating!! When I finally hit the button that finalized the project and sent it to actual production, I was only like 30% confident that the final product would be as I imagined. The quality of the acrylic is very nice. Edges are smooth and packaging is well done. We're rating this 2-stars because we wanted a clear background and received a white. We understand that the image we shared was a white background, so we can take responsibility for that. However, the image we sent was low quality. We didn't know they would simply magnify the image and set it in the acrylic. This wasn't communicated to us, so we could have sent a better quality image. Instead, it arrives with fuzzy lines. This not the professional board we were expecting from the pictures.

The only note I'll make is we selected a white background vs clear. Very cool. Looks amazing. Seller modified my file to be sure it didn’t get pixelated. Would recommend. I would stress to be very careful installing not to scratch the backside of the acrylic. Double check measurements as there’s not much wiggle room.
