My kiddos need some help seeing their lists and this is nice and clean looking and is not an eyesore in the hallway. This shop has excellent customer service, products, and shipping times.     We live in a very small house, so we needed a chore chart that we wouldn’t mind hanging in the main living space. This fit the bill perfectly. We chose a modern font and black standoff hardware and it looks great! The kids love to check off their chores and we love the way it looks on our wall. The chart is also shipped in a destruction-proof box, so it arrived safe and sound. I also love that they included a thin tip dry erase marker. So helpful! We also want to give a special “thank you” shout-out to the shop for making an adjustment in the personalization for us. Fortunately, they hadn’t started working on our order, so it was apparently an easy fix, but they were quick to respond to our email asking for help and were also super nice about making the change. Great experience!

    The board was beautiful, came out perfect; however, the hardware included was very cheap and was shipped without specific instructions for the size drill bit to use. I started small and continued to size up slowly to attempt to get the cheap plastic anchors included to go into the wall without breaking. Well 1/4” was too small (one anchor bent in my hand when i tried to insert it), and 5/16” seemed right until I began to screw and the anchor sunk back through the sheetrock. I now need to go buy new anchors and screws and start again. Very frustrated.

    I ordered the acrylic chore chart for my girls. I was disappointed when I received it due to the name alignment being off. I contacted the shop to see if new names labels could be sent so I could correct it myself, but they would not. I am now having another shop redo the lettering for me. It being off center may not be a big deal to some people, but when you pay this much for a product, I anticipate it to turn out as advertised.. or at least help fixing it.
