LOVE my bar menu. Customizing was super simple! Great quality and will definitely order again. Next time I will order with some sort of background – I used white paper to back mine to make it readable. My only complaint would be the acrylic "pieces" they send to make it stand upright are so tiny and worthless- they kept it upright for about a minute. Plan on using an easel or ask for larger stand pieces.

When I sent over my image there was a little pixelated issue with the company logo. Amanda sent over a short video on how it would look, the options that would look better, and what it will look like when printed. Now that's attention to detail with 100% customer satisfaction! I'm giving this seller 2 stars because of the outcome and the actual product. My bar menu is beautiful, but, I selected a frosted background, which was not applied when my product arrived. Instead of springing into action to fix the issue, she went back and forth with me in the messages. I was a very unhappy bride during that time because my wedding is 2 weeks away. She finally sent out a replacement which is perfect and I'll attach a photo because the product is beautiful. Butttt, yall must remember that people order on Etsy for customization and I just feel like the issue was not handled well. 2 stars for customer service.

Just came in and is perfect!! However a sticker was stuck directly on the sign that was a pain to get off. And once I got it off a film was left on the sign.great quality and worked with me when I submitted my design and needed to edit it! Would be ideal if the sticker didn’t leave its film on the sign. Can probably get it off with alcohol but I don’t want to ruin the sign!
