    I messaged the seller about a custom design similar to one they already had listed and received a reply within an hour! The customization request was super simple and fast.

    The calendar shipped ahead of schedule and arrived in perfect condition.

    It was very easy to install and the hardware looks great with the other finishes in my house. It also came with a marker to use on the board and it shows up better than the ones I bought!

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and will definitely be purchasing these as gifts for family and friends in the future.

    The board was made extremely well. It's beautiful and looks exactly as pictured and described. The seller packaged it great for shipping but it got mishandled and was cracked upon arrival. The seller got back to me immediately and shipped a new one right to me. She was very responsive, sweet, and understanding about what occurred. I would recommend her to anyone looking for these custom calendars.

    Packaged nicely, looks good, but my design did not show that it would require 4 additional holes in the wall so I was disappointed to see that it needed 8 pieces of hardware instead of 4. I would have gotten one size smaller if that were the case because now the additional pieces of hardware are too close to the design and overlap and just don’t have the same aesthetic. The front didn’t have any protective film and appears to have some small rub scratches in the acrylic so that was also a little problematic. Maybe they needed to remove to film for inspection or something before shipping. Overall fine but certainly would have been happier if they had shown me the 8 mounting holes in the design preview so I could have made that choice to get the one size smaller as all the rest only require 4 mounts.
