Amazing! Originally I was worried about my Venmo and Cashapp QR codes to come out blurry or unscannable. However as soon as I received my item not only was plaque nice and readable; I also had the option to design my own design on this plaque and edit any texts that I needed.

After purchasing you’re sent a link where you have to design your plaque yourself. Being someone not so computer savvy I feel like I didn’t get my moneys worth because I didn’t know what to do and only had 1 QR code and a generic background. I couldn’t change anything.

The product came out great, I had to have my computer savvy husband do the design online, so if you’re not very computer savvy might want to stay away from this. I had ordered two and submitted that artwork about a week after ordering, after an additional week I hadn’t seen any progress I messaged regarding status and they had said I had only submitted one art assuming they would just duplicate it. They then said they would get it in production, at the end of their quoted production time their laser cutter died and it took about three weeks for my order to be shipped out. I had asked if they would give more updates regarding the repair process, but they did not I just got shipping notification and the product. Overall the product is nice, though their communication seems to need some tweaking.

I love the product and the shop but unfortunately a giant sticker was placed on my sign and when I went to remove it, it partially came off in a bunch of little pieces and is stuck to the sign. My sign is totally ruined now. It's unfortunate because I needed it for an event tomorrow for people to be able to pay me for my business :/
