Order Arrived Damaged
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We make great effort to ensure that your order arrives to you safe and sound. We also understand that sometimes, things happen in transit. While this can be frustrating, please be assured that we are here to help!
If you received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 14 days from the date you placed your order so we can make it right.
Please provide us with your order number and clear photos showing the damage to the item, the packaging from the inside, and the packaging on the outside with the shipping label visible. Do not discard any shipping materials for at least 10 days, as the shipping courier may come back and request to retrieve the package for inspection. Failure to provide the the necessary documents, evidence or damaged item may result in an unfavorable decision on the claim.
