Do you ship internationally?

Most of our items can be shipped internationally. Please note that VAT or GST, etc. is NOT included in the price listed, and is not collected or remitted by us. As a US-based business, we are not legally allowed or registered to collect and remit VAT, GST, or other import taxes for other countries. Buyers are responsible for any and all import taxes that may be due.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your item arrived damaged please contact us with 14 days of the package being marked delivered. We will file a claim on your behalf with the shipping courier and work with you to find the best solution to move forward.

Will this arrive in time?

Our processing time is stated on each listing as well as at checkout. This is the window we guarantee your order will leave our facility in, except in the circumstance of severe weather and natural disasters that affect our area. If your item comes with a proof or you have paid for one, you can expect to receive it within 1-2 business days. Please note the processing time stated on the listing does not begin until you have approved your proof.

What hours are you open?

8AM-4PM CST Monday - Friday

We are closed weekends, and all major holidays.

Can I rush my order?

If you need it sooner than your estimated delivery window we offer 3 day, 2 day and Overnight shipping options. Upgrading your shipping only speeds up the time your package is in transit, it DOES NOT affect your processing time. If you are unable to get it in time even with overnight shipping you can contact us for rush production options. These MUST be added at the time of purchase and are not eligible to be added to prior purchases. Purchasing the rush service will over-ride any option for a proof and your items will be sent directly to production, without exception. Requests left at checkout to rush but without shipping upgrades and/or rush services will not be acknowledged.
