Item is beautiful and looks great on our wall! Customer service could be better. My shipment was delayed by over a week, and I wasn’t notified of the reason why until I had to reach out and ask about it. I was told it would ship a few days later, but after another week or so went by it still hadn’t shipped. Again, I had to reach out and ask why only to be given a different reason for the now longer delay. I would’ve appreciated them being upfront and it not taking me having to ask why my item hadn’t shipped within the timeframe it says when you order. Once it did ship, they did overnight it to me — which I appreciated. But again, customer service could just be better.
