All though the product is beautiful… I expected to order some thing that I didn’t have to design myself. I am not good with designing even on a self-explanatory app I had a difficult time with it and it still came out a little off-center although the product is very beautiful. I asked for help but it was very generic responses, they were willing to design for an additional cost of $10 I guess I missed that part in the description
